As a **Hospice Account Executive** , you’ll be a vital voice in helping patients and providers understand the power of hospice care. Your mission is to build trusted relationships, promote access to care, and deliver peace of mind during some of life’s most critical moments.
In this role, you will:
+ Champion hospice care through education and outreach
+ Cultivate and maintain strong referral relationships across your territory
+ Partner with clinical staff to ensure smooth care transitions
+ Represent Elara at community events and provider meetings
+ Advocate for patient dignity, comfort, and compassionate support

•** **What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking purpose-driven professionals who bring both heart and hustle:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
+ Prior experience in medical sales, home health, or DME; _Hospice is strongly preferred_
+ Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
+ Self-motivated with organizational and time management excellence
+ Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation
