    What You’ll Do as a Hospice Liaison

     

    This is more than a sales position—it’s a chance to be the difference in someone’s journey. You will:

     

    + Advocate for the benefits of hospice care with providers and families.

    + Build and maintain strong, trust-based referral relationships.

    + Partner with clinical teams to ensure seamless, compassionate transitions.

    + Represent Elara at community events and outreach opportunities.

    + Guide families to timely, appropriate care—when and where they need it most.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)

    + Experience in medical sales, post-acute care, or DME (preferred); sales in **_hospice is strongly recommended/preferred_**

    + Exceptional relationship-building and consultative sales skills

    + Self-starter with a team-driven mindset

    + Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities

    + Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
