Hospice Liaison/Sales Account Executive
Territory: Monroe

We are seeking an experienced **Hospice Liaison** to join our dedicated team, connecting patients and families with the compassionate, end-of-life care they deserve. In this field-based role, your hospice knowledge and empathy-driven approach will be key in fostering trust with referral sources, families, and providers. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that more patients can receive exceptional care—where they feel most secure and supported: at home.
_Your Impact:_
+ Serve as the trusted bridge between referral partners and Elara Caring’s hospice services.
+ Leverage your hospice experience to guide patients and families during critical decisions with compassion and clarity.
+ Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and other community partners.
+ Champion Elara’s mission and ensure timely, appropriate hospice admissions across your territory.
_What You Bring:_
+ Prior sales experience, **highly preferred in** **hospice**
+ Proven success in outreach, community education, or healthcare sales—especially within the post-acute or home health space.
+ Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to advocate for patients’ end-of-life needs.
+ Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with healthcare stakeholders.
+ High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
+ A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
