    Branch Director – Behavioral Health | Elara Caring

    Your Impact as Branch Director – Behavioral Health:

    Operational Leadership

    + Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health branch, ensuring seamless delivery of in-home mental health services.

    + Implement evidence-based behavioral health programs that support patient outcomes and overall wellness.

    + Manage staffing, caseloads, and operational resources to ensure patients receive timely, consistent, and quality care.

    + Maintain strong financial oversight of the branch, with a focus on sustainability and growth.

    Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

    + Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to behavioral health services, including documentation standards, licensure requirements, and payer regulations.

    + Monitor policy adherence and proactively address potential compliance or reimbursement challenges.

    + Stay current on behavioral health best practices and regulatory changes.

    Leadership & Team Development

    + Inspire, mentor, and guide a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

    + Conduct regular performance evaluations and support ongoing staff development and training in behavioral health care practices.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure coordinated care and consistent service delivery.

    Strategic Execution

    + Implement Elara Caring’s strategic initiatives specific to Behavioral Health services within your region.

    + Cultivate partnerships and referral sources to grow the branch and expand access to mental health care.

    + Adapt to evolving behavioral health trends, policies, and community needs.

    What You Bring:

    + Associate Degree in Healthcare, Behavioral Sciences, or related field **(Required)**

    + Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field **(Preferred)**

    + Licensure in a Behavioral Health profession (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RN with psychiatric experience) **(Preferred)**

    + 1+ year in a supervisory or administrative role within behavioral health, home health, or a related setting **(Required)**

    + 2+ years of direct behavioral health experience **(Preferred)**

    + Strong working knowledge of behavioral health compliance, documentation, and state/federal regulations

    + Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

    + Proficiency in MS Office, electronic health records (e.g., Homecare Homebase), and healthcare management software
