    The **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** will provide comprehensive HR support to assigned manufacturing facility in the areas of employee relations, investigations, performance management, FML/STD counseling and compliance management. Provide professional advice and consultation to facility management in the daily execution and delivery of Human Resources programs and strategies.

     

    + Consult and partner with Plant Leadership in the areas of employee relations, investigations, performance management and employee communications.

    + Function as a business partner and advocate by helping to identify & direct human resources solutions to business needs, while ensuring the efficient, compliant delivery of HR programs and services.

    + Identify and resolve actual and potential employee problems through the analysis of performance appraisals, counseling, and ongoing coaching sessions, as well as through insights gained from direct support activity and contact with Associates and Managers.

    + Partner with facility management in the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic initiatives designed to assure the highest levels of performance, as well as attainment of Operations and company goals.

    + Partner with Plant Leadership in the development and implementation of Human Resources operational plans to deliver business initiatives, such as departmental reorganizations, staffing optimization, work practice improvements, etc., in support of business goals and objectives.

    + Participate in developing facility goals and objectives.

    + May assist with the implementation and facilitation of training to achieve defined Human Resources goals.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    + **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.**

    + **PHR or SPHR certification preferred.**

    + **1-3 Years of HR Experience.**

    Personal & Professional Skill Set

    + **Management skills in coaching and performance management.**

    + **Must be a proven leader with the demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.**

    + **Must be able to deal directly with clients to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster cultural change.**

    + **Strong organizational skills are required.**

    + **Must be proficient in the intermediate functions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.**

    + **Prior experience in facilitating training is preferred.**

    To account for cost-of-living differences, we apply location-based salary adjustments. Employees working in higher-cost cities may receive a geographical pay premium, which is determined based on market data and local economic factors.
