General Summary

COLSA is seeking a Software Engineer to join a team of develops creating the Military Equipment Knowledge System (MEKS). Candidate will work in an Agile environment under the direction of the Technical Lead.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

+ Develops and applies advanced methods in the development of MEKS*

+ Coordinates the efforts of other developers in performance of assigned development projects*

+ Reviews the completion and implementation of technical products and recommends corrections*

+ May provide leadership to lower level employees

Required SkillsRequired Experience

+ Bachelors’ degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related field or equivalent

+ Minimum of 10-15 years related experience

+ Experience developing Extract, Transform and Load processes

+ Demonstrated ability for full-stack development

+ Experience leading teams in an Agile environment

+ Active TS/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph

+ U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with MEPED and MARS, and their APIs

+ Working knowledge of LINQ, C#, ROBOT, and Pentaho

+ Ability to write detailed unit tests for UI and backend code
