    How You'll Be Making a Difference

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Assistant to support the daily operations of our program. This non-clinical role is essential to ensuring smooth administrative functioning, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication between staff, recipients, and external partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and maintain confidential medical records in compliance with privacy regulations.

    + Operate and coordinate the management information system (MIS) to support data tracking and reporting.

    + Maintain accounting and budget records related to program and recipient expenditures.

    + Perform reception duties, including triaging phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating communication between recipients and program staff.

    + Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative support for the team.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

    + Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or human services setting.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    + Basic understanding of budgeting or bookkeeping.

    + Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
