Job Description

Reviews and interprets trust agreements, wills and other estate planning documents where the bank is acting as trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, guardian, depositor, or agent. Coordinates information between clients, external attorneys and internal specialists to ensure accurate, timely and efficient estate settlement. Administers accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and business line policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

+ Five or more years of personal trust and/or estate planning experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

+ Thorough knowledge of estate settlement, gifting, income, estate and multi-generational taxation and trusts

+ Thorough knowledge of fiduciary services

+ Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills

+ Ability to make critical decisions independently

+ Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00 - $127,050.00
