Job Description

Some **responsibilities** include but not limited to:
+ Partner with front office BDO, Client Managers and others to provide operational guidance for new and existing deals
+ Monitor, trend and report on volumes for internal clients – build out operational support model in partnership with the leadership team
+ Engage in daily PTAO Client Services activity, including but not limited to:
+ Incoming Process-related inquiries
+ Pain point collection, review, and action planning
+ Issue management (resolution/escalation)
+ Various operations-related reporting
+ Serve as Issue Management Lead
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to support/facilitate continuous improvement across product and processes, including growth, onboarding, technology, and business change management
+ Own, review, recommend and/or update operations processing procedures, escalation, RACI, and process workflows in partnership with leadership (per scheduled review cycle)
+ Support various audit/risk/compliance requests
+ Other tasks as assigned, from time to time
**Schedule** : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm CST
**Location** : Saint Paul 3 days (flexible) a week, 2 days remote
_Basic Qualifications_
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ One to four years of client management experience
_Preferred Skills/Experience_
+ Detailed knowledge of business, financials, products/services and the market
+ Strong relationship building and selling skills
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Basic knowledge of account management, project management, operations and logistics
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Proven customer service/relations skills, including situational leadership and dispute/conflict resolution
+ Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
_Location Expectations_
_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00 - $92,400.00
