Job Description

Participates in the discovery, design, development, and implementation of strategically important product initiatives. This role with consult with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop recommendations to deliver on solutions for those business needs. This role will be responsible for collaborating with our external technology partner, internal technology teams, and key stakeholders to deliver agreed upon features that will support the on-going growth and profitability of consumer and business deposits at U.S. Bank with a specific focus on optimizing our partnership with Zafin, a third-party vendor. Candidates will be expected to translate business needs into actionable requirements, facilitate efforts, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Additionally, this position will be considered a subject matter expert for Zafin capabilities and how they can be integrated with core US Bank systems to drive profitable growth.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

+ 5 years minimum experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Project Manager supporting technology focused projects

+ Strong oral and visual presentation skills

+ Strong collaboration skills

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAS, Power BI preferred

+ Strong working knowledge of Zafin and its integration with core banking systems

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements.

+ Discovery on Roadmap Items, performing analysis based upon use case and system functionality to size efforts.

+ Translate Requirements into clear and concise function system configurations.

+ Document and Capture business decisions and functional design.

+ Develop Project Plan, Timeline, Resources.

+ Coordinate w/ Cross Functional Teams to ensure successful delivery

+ Become Proficient in Zafin User Interface, becoming a backup for managing UI.

+ Actively Participate in COE Support, contributing to continuous improvement of Zafin system processes and best practices.

+ Research and solutioning on Defects/Incidents and Outages.

+ Support testing efforts for project deployments.

+ Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning and adapting new technologies.

+ Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Demonstrate a proactive and results oriented approach.

+ Be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

+ Willingness to learn and become a subject matter expert.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $143,905.00 - $169,300.00 - $186,230.00
