Lead Caregiver – Memory Care at Bellbrook (Full Time - Afternoon/Midnight Shift)

Primary Responsibilities:
This **Lead Caregiver** role supports the Assisted Living team by overseeing daily operations, training colleagues, ensuring compliance, and enhancing resident satisfaction.
Key Duties:
+ Supervise and mentor caregivers to maintain quality standards.
+ Ensure proper staffing and assign daily tasks.
+ Conduct resident rounds to address concerns promptly.
+ Monitor medication passes and treatments for accuracy.
+ Review reports and assist with audits.
+ Support hiring efforts through interviews and events.
+ Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff.
+ Act as a liaison between families, residents, and staff.
Qualifications:
+ **1-2 years of supervisory experience required.**
+ **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
