BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced med surg/tele nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team. Our staffing resource office offers a variety of assignment options including:

     

    • Regional Float Pool- Part-time. 2x12 hour shifts per week to include every 3 weekend, 2 Sundays. Holiday commitment includes summer and winter holiday, and hard to fill staffing day. Required to float to a region of hospitals based on census needs.

     

    Region 1 includes St Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay Hospitals.

     

    Region 2 includes St Joseph's Main, St Joseph's North, St Joseph's South and Wesley Chapel Hospitals.

     

    Region 3 includes Bartow Regional, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven Hospitals.

    Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse license

    • BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

    • Associate's degree in nursing

    • 2 years RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting

    • Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred

    • Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts

    • Must be able to pass Tele test during orientation

    **Shift Hours:** Days

    **Shift:** 6:45am - 7:15pm

    **Weekend Work:** Every 3rd weekend to include 2 Fridays

    **On Call:** No
