    Production Technician

    Reporting To: Production Manager

     

    Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

    Description

    Perform technical work to prepare equipment such as screen printer, drying oven, soft press for use on lots to be built.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Performs the lay-down process to ensure electrode range for production.

    + Check carrier bars before starting any job to improve impression and quality.

    + Adjust electrode Viscosity according to procedure

    + Inspects machinery to ensure that it is properly functioning and changes or reports damaged parts to supervisor or maintenance department

    + Clean, inspect storage screens (tension, emulsion and distortion)

    + Supply materials (acetone, wipes) to the printer

    + Trim and cure ceramic bars after screening

    + Technical support (squeegee adjustments, scraper, vacuum printer settings) to screening operators.

    + Keep records for maintenance.

    + Other duties may be assigned

    + High School Degree

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

    + Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

    + Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + Technician Certification preferred

    + Must be a US citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Physical Requirements:

    + May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

    One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting pay for this role is targeted to be between $18 and $20 per hour.
