The Director, Pharmacy Central Fulfillment Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, integration, and oversight of centralized pharmacy fulfillment and call center operations within the UVA Health Pharmacy Central Services Center (PCSC). This includes fulfillment automation, packaging, central fill, home delivery, order processing, and centralized call center operations. The Director collaborates with multiple stakeholders to support integrated operations and ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, and patient-centered service.
This leadership role is critical to advancing UVA Health's ambulatory pharmacy enterprise, enabling growth, enhancing medication access, and supporting continuity of care across UVA Health’s growing multistate home delivery footprint.

Position Compensation Range: $141,169.60 - $225,867.20 Annual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
**Education:** Pharmacy degree required (Masters and/or Pharm.D.) from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Master's degree must be obtained within 4 years of hire or transfer.
**Experience:** Minimum 3 years progressive experience in pharmacy practice and pharmacy management. Specialized residency training in pharmacy administration will be considered in lieu of experience.
**Licensure:** Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
