About the Role
The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst will report to the Director of Commercial Finance.
This is a pivotal role that is accountable for collaborating with business stakeholders to support strategies and plans that deliver step change growth for our BOLD team.
The role will primarily be responsible for business partnering the U.S. Sales and/or International Sales (Canada/LATAM), Route to Market, Distributors providing financial, reporting and analytical value add support to ensure delivery against both short and long-term volume, NSR/case, profit, and A&P (Advertising & Promotions) targets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Commercial Strategic Support
+ Partner Sales Leadership team members in delivering commercial plans
+ Analyse and challenge proposals and financial cost implications, working closely with business partners to optimise commercial outcomes for TWE.
+ Challenge and lead decision making amongst sales business partners to ensure alignment to TWE priorities and targets.
+ Evaluate and challenge forecasts, plans and investment assumptions including ROI, identifying opportunities & risks and strategies to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
+ Ad hoc support for new business or product developments through the TWE gate process.
Drive commercial finance activities monthly, yearly and periodic reporting periods
+ Lead robust financial projections throughout the monthly forecast/IBP cycle, monitoring and influencing business manager forecast submissions and providing insightful commentary to business performance & drivers.
+ Understanding & reporting of risks & opportunities to delivering budgets and forecasts, proactively seek solutions and report to senior leadership on key business drivers.
+ Drive yearly budgeting process to ensure accurate KPIs and deliverables are met, including reporting on key business drivers.
Drive Commercial Performance & Management of Investment Expenditure
+ Working with the Leadership team to accurately report, manage and analyse investment expenditure, with a focus on improving ROI
+ Financial evaluation of activities and investment levels
Relationship Management / Business Partnering
+ Effectively manage and build relationships across the business, including the Finance, Marketing and Sales teams
+ Present information in a useful way for multiple stakeholders, including those from a non-finance background
+ + Process Improvement
+ Assist with the review and development of recommendations for improvement of various processes within the Commercial Finance space e.g. reporting and analysis tools and templates
+ Support business initiatives in the roll out of new systems & processes
+ Lead the documentation of key processes including rollout and compliance
About you
+ You have Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Accounting
+ CA / CPA preferred
+ 7+ years’ experience with corporate experience preferred
+ You have demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional team members
+ You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
+ You have effective planning and project management skills
+ You have strong relationship building skills
+ You have proven financial modelling skills

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The annual salary pay range offered for this position is $110K to $124K and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
