The User Experience Strategist/Enterprise Experience Architect (XA) will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Design, Development) to define business goals, assess market landscapes, identify customer needs, and brainstorm solutions. The Strategist will partner with UX and Service Design teams to create, test, and refine product concepts, delivering experiences that our customers and colleagues love. This role blends strategy and execution—conducting research, presenting clear, and compelling, data-driven impactful recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• A highly skilled individual contributor who can recognize when user research will be impactful, designs, and executes the research to be done, and produces remarkable insights and transformational business recommendations

• Drive design recommendations by integrating user insights, supporting creative teams with clear direction

• Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and business teams, connecting silos and championing the voice of the customer

• Keeps track of product roadmaps and business priorities to help find their intersection with user needs, and ensures research initiatives align with overall goals and priorities

• Identify and lead user research initiatives (qualitative & quantitative) to generate actionable insights and influence business strategies

• Package & present insights and solutions in persuasive, thoughtful and articulate formats for senior leadership to fuel remarkable solutions - charismatic storytelling skills are a must

• Insert user research into product decisions - e.g.: weighing feasibility, prioritizing features, defining roadmaps and scaling from MVP to North Star concepts

• Drive projects with Design Thinking and Agile methods, starting with strategy, customer needs & a well-define problem to solve

• Inspire and lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, driving innovation and user-centered solutions that align with strategic goals

What are the required skills to be successful in this role? Please provide both technical and behavioral skills.

• 5+ years in a strategic research or consulting role (creative strategy, usability research, management consulting)

• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

• Comfortable with running quick turn e2e strategic research initiatives: identifying and recruiting participants, conducting in-depth interviews, surveys and stakeholder interviews, to creating quality readouts.

• Proven ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders, leveraging exceptional communication, interpersonal and storytelling skills

• Experience with Design Thinking, innovation teams, and product design strategy

• Strong understanding of cultural, competitive, and customer insights

• Finance, Corporate & Investment Banking experience a plus

• Product design, strategy, or development experience a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Design, Psychology, Economics, Statistics)

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$138,720.00 - $208,080.00
