We are seeking a **Director of Financial Planning and Analysis** to provide oversight and direction for corporate strategy, business planning, budgeting and forecasting, and performance reporting. This role joins a core group of leaders that evaluate new business opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and the potential divestiture or exit of subsidiaries or lines of business.
In this role, your leadership will:
+ Work with the executive team and senior leadership to develop long-range strategic plans and develop and monitor business initiatives for ten vertically integrated healthcare companies.
+ Partner closely with the strategy team and divisional leaders to develop and implement our four strategic pillars: healthcare cost affordability, top line growth and profit, administrative efficiency, and optimizing our primary care clinics.
+ Use your financial acumen and written communication skills to condense complex analysis, generated from collaboration with actuaries and analysts across the organization, into compelling presentations, breathing life into numbers that guide general managers, executive leadership, and the board.
+ Lead a team of highly motivated and technically strong financial analysts and finance business partners, continuing their development so that ultimately, when you are promoted, your successor is chosen from your team.
+ Continue to develop the FP&A capabilities by applying your knowledge of accounting and data systems, in collaboration with IT and Accounting, to improve the infrastructure required for advanced financial analysis.
What you will bring:
Ten years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including:
+ Six years of experience in financial analysis
+ Three years of experience managing staff
Additional preferred qualifications and skills, including:
+ CPA and/or MBA
+ Experience in Workday, Tableau, or similar applications
+ Healthcare industry experience
+ Working knowledge of general accounting functions and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
Salary Range:
$153,700.00 - $307,400.00
