Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is looking for a motivated Proposal Coordinator to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX.
In this role, you’ll lead the development of proposals and qualifications packages for key project pursuits. You'll work with Project Managers and teams to gather content, ensure RFP requirements are met, and manage the proposal process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with marketing staff, contacting sub-consultants or partners, and assembling polished, accurate final documents. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, organization, and driving results.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with remote project managers and proposal managers to craft and submit custom proposals in response to Requests for Proposals/Requests for Qualifications (RFPs/RFQs) from the initial planning stage through final production and delivery.
+ Coordinate and manage the marketing process, all pursuits from start to finish.
+ Assist with maintaining and updating corporate firm information for use in Firm Qualifications.
+ Assist with searching for RFQ/RFPs through various procurement websites.
+ Track, update, and report on pursuits of interest.
+ Coordinate with subconsultants as needed.
+ Maintain and update Unanet/Cosential (CRM) which includes, opportunities and qualifications.
+ Keep an inventory of all marketing supplies for proposals and qualifications.
+ Special Project Assignments as directed by Proposal Manager.
Qualifications
+ 3+ years of new business proposal writing experience (strong preference for experience in the A/E/C or professional services industry).
+ Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe programs.
+ Relationship Management.
+ Business Acumen.
+ Communication skills.
+ Program/Project Execution.
+ InDesign experience preferred.
+ Must be detail-oriented and organized.
+ Experience using Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & PowerPoint.
+ Strong writing and editing skills.
+ Knowledge of Unanet/Cosential (CRM) a plus but not required.
+ Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
