    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain efficiency.

    + Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance guidelines.

    + Coordinate with team members to optimize production and material flow.

    + Maintain accurate records of production and equipment status.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong understanding of plant operations and equipment functionality.

    + Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs.

    + Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in daily tasks.

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills.

    + Capability to adapt to changing work conditions and production demands.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    + $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
