    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure efficient material processing.

    + Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to optimize equipment performance.

    + Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental compliance regulations.

    + Coordinate with team members to maintain material flow and production targets.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of production and equipment status.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong understanding of plant operations and material processing.

    + Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.

    + Commitment to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.

    + Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

    + Capability to adapt to changing work conditions and production demands.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    + $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
