Position Profile

Summary: In this role, you are the driving force behind Ricoh's transformative solutions, leading the charge in expanding our market presence within your assigned geographic territory. Your mission is to forge lasting relationships with both Graphic Communications/Commercial Print accounts and Enterprise accounts, leveraging Ricoh's full suite of solutions to align with their business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop a targeted customer strategy, employing segmentation and awareness initiatives to establish meaningful connections.

• Win over new business by expertly aligning customer goals with Ricoh's comprehensive Solutions portfolio, including hardware and services.

• Craft strategies to seize ZBA opportunities, employing reference selling techniques to drive growth.

• Analyze and develop tailored solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring their communication requirements are met with precision.

• Expand the client base by promoting incremental solutions and services, exceeding gross profit expectations within your territory.

• Present compelling demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions, leveraging product and technical resources for maximum impact.

• Take ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution, utilizing regional resources to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications Must Have:

• A bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• At least five 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, including two years in advanced selling roles.

• At least two years of digital printing and solutions sales experience.

Qualifications Nice to Have:

• Five to seven 5-7 years of successful track record in capital equipment sales within the Digital Printing Solutions and/or Graphic Communications Industry.
