Roles and Responsibilities:
• Seamlessly open new doors and forge lasting connections with decision-makers and influencers to drive sales opportunities and expand our market presence, energizing our approach with innovative strategies.
• Through in-depth research and probing questions, address both known and undiscovered business challenges, ensuring our solutions are strategic and focused.
• Focus not solely on what but also why customers are buying, but why, ensuring our offerings precisely meet their needs and aspirations, while remaining service oriented.
• Harness the power of storytelling to highlight Ricoh's capacity to revolutionize the customer's digital landscape, while also articulating the financial benefits of our solutions, maintaining authenticity and open-mindedness.
• Whether in person or virtually, captivate audiences with compelling presentations that highlight the value we bring to their operations, displaying our adaptable and accountable approach.
Qualifications Must Have:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated business development experience.
• Preferably experienced in IT and/or Software services environment, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Foundational knowledge of P&L components.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

• Demonstrated success in building influence through collaboration.
• Proficiency in solution design process.
• Exhibits thought leadership in customer engagement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with an open-minded and authentic approach.
