Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a General Production team member to join their operations. As a General Production associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

**Job Title:** General Production

**Location:** Alma, MI

**Pay Range:** Starting at $17.50 per hour

Shift - 1st - 6 am to 2:30 pm - OT and every other Saturday

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a production or industrial setting.

+ Ability to work 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with potential for mandatory overtime and Saturdays.

+ Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What's the Job?

+ Various production positions open including bundling, powder coating, stand assembly, shrink wrap, wall assembly and wall building.

+ Operate forklifts for load building department only and ensure safe handling of materials.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
