Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment? Manpower is hiring a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to support top law firms in Huntington, WV.
**Schedule:** 8:30a-5p Mon-Fri
**Pay:** starting at 23.50 per hour +. Based on experience.
What you will do:
+ Prepare and process legal documents like subpoenas, motions, and complaints
+ Manage case files, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence
+ Assist attorneys with research and document organization
+ Communicate with clients, courts, and legal professionals
Requirements to be considered:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Experience working in a law office.
+ Strong clerical and legal terminology knowledge
+ Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal software, and document management tools
Experience with the following are a plus:
Technology
+ Accounting software
+ Practice management software
+ Adobe Acrobat
+ DropBox
+ NetDocs
+ Legal research software
+ Public access to electronic court records (PACER, etc.)
+ Microsoft Word
+ Transcription software
