    **Salary:** $50,000–$54,000 per year

    **Schedule:** Full-time | 40 hours/week | (9 a.m.–6 p.m. | On-call flexibility required

    We’re seeking a **Bilingual Onsite Human Resource Coordinator** to support one of our key client locations in Shirley, NY. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between talent and our client, managing daily HR and staffing responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

     

    This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and enjoys solving problems while building relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client contacts

    + Support onboarding and check-in processes while providing ongoing communication

    + Monitor attendance and performance, offering coaching and recognition as needed

    + Identify and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between associates and the client

    + Source, place, and retain talent based on client workforce needs

    + Be responsive and available for escalations, including occasional weekend needs

    Qualifications

    + **Bilingual in Spanish and English is required**

    + Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role

    + Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

    + High attention to detail and ability to multitask

    + Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Ability to walk frequently in a large facility and adapt to a manufacturing environment

    + Flexibility in schedule, including early morning arrival and weekend availability for escalations
