    Extruder Operator – Foam Industry

    **Location:** Hickory, NC

    **Shift:** Third Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

    **Pay:** $19/hour

    About the Role:

    We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced **Extruder Operator** to join our team in Hickory, NC. In this role, you will operate advanced extrusion equipment to produce high-quality foam products. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate extrusion machines to produce foam products according to specifications

    + Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and light maintenance to ensure consistent production

    + Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

    + Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years of extrusion machine operation experience (experience with LDPE foam is a plus)

    + Strong math skills and the ability to read and interpret product drawings

    + Familiarity with digital calipers and quality inspection tools

    + Effective communication and time management skills

    + Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

    + A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
