    What's in it for you?

     

    + **Assembly $20 - $22/hour based on experience**

    + **Welder/Fabricator $20 - $24/hour based on experience**

    + 2 nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm (to start for training), then Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - Midnight

    + Paid training

    What will you be doing?

     

    Assembly

     

    + Prepares materials for assembly and assists with heat exchanger setups

    + Performs basic assembly functions under supervision

    + Basic understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication

    + Preferred experience with hand tools (not required); i.e. hammer, impacts, drills, grinding wheels, ratchets, etc.

    + Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints/work instructions

     

    Welder/Fabricator

     

    + Can interpret and follow most, if not all, manufacturing drawings and work instructions

    + Can fabricate most parts and assemblies with minimal supervision

    + Knows multiple supporting manufacturing processes

    + May assist with assembly of heat exchangers in Assembly Department

     

    What do you bring?

     

    + Positive attitude will willingness to learn

    + Either has, or has the ability to, earn qualifications with both ASME and NAVSEA welding standards

    + GTAW, GMAW, and torch brazing experience

    + Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless steel

    + Experience with torch brazing copper and copper alloys
