Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, effective decision-making abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Multicraft Maintenance Technician - Overnight Shift

**Location:** Huntsville, AL

**Pay Range:** $27.76 – $36.96/hour, based on education and experience

What's the Job?

+ Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on various equipment.

+ Collaborate with Maintenance and Plant Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

+ Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

+ Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on AC/DC drives and PLC controllers.

+ Work in non-climate-controlled environments, adapting to heat and cold conditions.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.

+ High school diploma required; post-secondary certification preferred.

+ Formal and on-the-job training in basic hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts.

+ Must pass a pre-employment skills test, background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
