Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate you will be part of the operations department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Novi, MI
**Pay Rate:** $17.00/hour
**Shift** : M-F 3AM-11AM
What's the Job?
+ Prioritize, pick, and stage materials for shipment.
+ Load and unload delivery trucks; lift products up to 50 lbs.
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial vehicles (PITs) safely.
+ Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
+ General labor experience; previous warehouse work preferred.
+ PIT/forklift experience is a plus; must be willing to be trained.
+ Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
+ Safety boots required.
