High Volume Recruiter - Remote RPO Consultant

Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Recruiter and play a vital role in our high-volume hiring season! You'll work closely with experienced professionals, support organizational growth, and gain valuable talent acquisition experience.
As a Seasonal Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in our Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with various team members. This remote SEASONAL CONTRACT role will start July 14th and will wrap up in late January 2026. This position will start at $22+ per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
+ Review and contact candidates in ATS
+ Provide a positive candidate experience in a high volume environment
+ Conduct phone screens and extend offers.
+ Prepare candidates for interviews.
+ Accurately document activities in ATS.
+ Attend training and implement guidance from mentors and leads.
+ Collaborate with other recruiters and teams.
Desired Skills:
+ A minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
+ Exceptional communication abilities, specifically in conducting outbound calls, are essential.
+ Demonstrated technical proficiency in learning new systems and effectively utilizing multiple platforms concurrently is necessary.
+ Experience working in a metrics driven environment
