Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Management department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of product management, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Product Manager (Charlotte or Addison)
**Location:** Addison, TX or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite)
What's the Job?
+ Define the vision and roadmap for productivity products and services across the Collaboration and Productivity product portfolio.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment on priorities.
+ Manage the program backlog by creating and prioritizing features and epics.
+ Communicate the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders and development teams.
+ Drive continual service improvement based on data metrics and user feedback.
What's Needed?
+ Previous Product Management experience with large and complex product rollouts.
+ Expertise in Agile methodologies and financial management.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Experience with Microsoft 365 products including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
+ 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
