Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to join their team. As a Senior EDI Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional team supporting the development, testing, and deployment of a new revenue management system. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior EDI Analyst
**Location:** Deerfield, IL. HYBRID (Onsite 3 days a week)
What's the Job?
+ Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives.
+ Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
+ Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA, and industry compliant while adhering to privacy and security policies.
+ Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects.
+ Manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in EDI, with at least 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience.
+ Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML.
+ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
