Our client, s seeking a Material Handler and General Production Helper to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the production team supporting the efficient operation of recyclable products. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Material Handler and General Production Helper

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN

**Pay Range:** $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Assist the production team in running recyclable products through the line.

+ Keep the production line clear of debris and perform light cleaning of spilled products.

+ Execute general warehouse duties as needed to support operations.

+ Work on a 2/2/3 rotating shift schedule from 5:45 A.M. to 6:15 P.M. or 5:45 P.M. to 6:15 A.M.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

+ No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

+ Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
