Our client, a leader in the automation and controls industry, is seeking a Automation and Controls Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Automation and Controls Engineer

**Location:** Mason, OH

**Pay Range:** $41.00-$45.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Lead the technical implementation of electrical controls systems, including PLC programming and commissioning.

+ Manage project scope, quality, and deliverables ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

+ Collaborate and work with other Project Engineers as needed.

+ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including QA/QC validations and test plans.

+ Execute and support system testing and on-site commissioning.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Controls Engineering role with warehouse automation or material handling equipment.

+ Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems.

+ Strong project planning and budgeting capabilities.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
