Our client, in East Durham, NY is seeking several Packaging Operators to join their team.. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packaging Operator

**Location:** East Durham, NY

**Pay Range:** $24.75 per hour

**Shift:** 7:00pm-7:00am- Rotating Schedule- Every Other Weekend

What's the Job?

+ Operate state-of-the-art fully automated packaging machine at high speeds.

+ Handle various packaging materials and finished goods efficiently.

+ Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

+ Perform autonomous maintenance activities to keep production lines running smoothly.

+ Conduct frequent quality checks and accurately document results to uphold product standards.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

+ Physical capability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods.

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
