Our client, in Pontiac IL, is seeking experienced Line Leaders to join their team!

Job Title: Production/Line Lead

Pay Rate $15.00 as Production and promoted to 17.00 for Line Lead

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in coordinating daily packing line activities to meet production targets

+ Learn and enforce packaging procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards

+ Support training of new packers and help reinforce proper packing techniques

+ Shadow and learn how to lead a team and help others to succeed

What’s Needed?

Past supervisory skills required.

Leadership skills.

Motivating workers on their lines to meet production needs.

Taking care of problems on the line and get help if needed to correct issues.

Complete all paperwork and make sure it is done correctly and neatly.

Must be organized and be able to keep track of inventory on the line. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods

Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally
