Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Worker General to join their team. As a Production Worker General, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Worker General

**Location:** Blue Earth, MN

What's the Job?

+ Palletize, shrink wrap, and record and certify quantities.

+ Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and sanitizing, including working at heights using a scissor-lift.

+ Conduct varied line duties such as checking code dates, aligning bags on conveyors, and refilling cardboard stock.

+ Move products and materials with a pallet jack and fill and weigh bulk product containers.

+ Assemble boxes and perform other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

+ Ability to tolerate physical and environmental demands of the position with or without accommodations.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Some work experience in manual labor within the last 5 years.

+ Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
