    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team in Pelham. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Forklift Operator

    **Location:** Pelham, AL

    **Pay Range:** $16.00

    **Schedule:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - Monday through Friday

    *some required Saturdays

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and products safely.

    + Ensure the accurate loading and unloading of goods.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

    + Assist with inventory management as required.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.

    + Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some required Saturdays.
