This role is responsible for enabling the HSBC to attract and secure top-tier leadership Director, SVP level talent. The role-holder will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and will deliver high-impact talent solutions, to ensure high-quality hires who are able to contribute to the achievement of the bank’s strategic objectives.
Principle Accountabilities
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process of Director, SVP level hires, including direct talent identification, sourcing, engagement, shortlisting and offer management
+ Lead complex Director level talent acquisition projects, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing competitor insight, market intelligence and guidance on talent acquisition best-practices
+ Collaborate with dedicated research & sourcing teams and colleagues to identify and engage external and internal talent
+ Champion diversity-focused hiring strategies, ensuring the inclusion of under-represented talent in candidate shortlists and talent-pipelines
+ Develop and maintain a detailed view of internal and external talent landscapes, providing specialist insights to inform hiring and succession planning strategies
+ Build, nurture and maintain long-term talent pipelines for leadership hiring, leveraging external and internal networks
+ Develop and deliver regular reporting on key Director level hiring performance metrics to the Global Executive & Leadership TA Lead, and other stakeholder as required

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $131,900.00 and $197,800.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Qualifications
You'll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
+ Experience and knowledge of talent acquisition within Corporate and Institutional Banking
+ Proven experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for leadership level roles, including direct external search execution, in fast paced environments, either in-house or in leading executive search or recruitment agencies
+ Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire diverse talent
+ Extensive experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor to align talent acquisition efforts with business/organisational objectives
