The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In alignment with the Nike brand, our Brand Planning & Operations Team strives to shape the brand through distinctive, emotive, and impactful stories and experiences that lead the future of sport.
As a Lead, you will be a member of the Los Angeles Brand Marketing Operations team. As part of the North America Brand Marketing organization, our team works cross-functionally to activate marketing programs that help propel the brand and the business into the future. We are responsible for bringing strategic vision, organization, clarity, and process excellence to deliver maximum consumer impact. We enable this by creating the time and space required for organizational brilliance through scalable, shared services to support the full marketing organization, driving accountability in planning, timing, and finance while embracing creativity and innovation as we deliver elevated brand standards. Our combined, end-to-end team will provide the organizational capability and uphold the operational rigor needed to drive marketing excellence.
You will report directly to the Los Angeles Director of Planning and Operations and partner closely with the Los Angeles Director of Retail Marketing. Your primary cross-functional business partners include, NA Brand Planning and Operations, LA Retail Marketing, LA Brand Management & NA Retail Brand Planning and Operations.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced marketing operations professional who is passionate about co-creating an end-to-end process for our Retail Marketing team.
The candidate is a strategic problem-solver who knows how to influence teams in a matrixed organization. In this role, thought leadership, collaboration, and clear communication is key. It is critical to be curious, analytical, and have attention to detail.
You will have the opportunity to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate and develop solutions to evolve and simplify our workflow in collaboration with our extended Operations teams. You have a strong desire to lead and evolve the way we work to truly shape the brand for the consumer.
This person will be responsible for bringing organization, clarity, and process excellence to deliver maximum consumer impact.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
+ 7+ years relevant work experience in Retail Operations, Operations, Marketing preferred.
+ Proven experience creating and driving an end-to-end integrated marketing process
+ Expertise in building and managing marketing budgets to meet business goals
+ Presentation skills, proficiency in Airtable, Keynote, Excel, agency management preferred.
+ Proven ability to manage complex processes and drive alignment across marketing teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will launch Retail Marketing campaigns by creating the time and space required for the organizational brilliance through scalable, shared services to support the full marketing organization, driving accountability in planning, timing and finance, embracing creativity and innovation, providing the organizational capability and uphold the operational rigor needed to drive marketing excellence.
+ Orchestrate the seasonal retail processes to enable the delivery of seasonal and evergreen campaigns across owned and partner channels.
+ Lead end-to-end planning and operational management for the Retail Marketing team by setting and driving compliance to marketing dates and gates, briefings, leadership reviews, and budget planning/oversight.
+ A strong understanding of Nike’s Global, North America, & Los Angeles internal milestones, to enable the Retail Marketing team to proactively show up prepared at relevant gates to drive the work forward.
+ Create and leverage tools and processes, driving clarity, efficiency and simplicity. Producing communications tools to drive cross-functional partnership.
+ Track and report campaign health, escalating risks as needed, and working with Retail Leadership with create solutions to meet goals.
+ Build relationships across the Los Angeles and North America Brand Marketing matrix and contribute to the overall operational strategy, continuously improving ways of working.
