    GLOBAL INTEGRATED BUSINESS PLANNER

    GRADE 40

    ABOUT CONVERSE

Are you interested in working for the most iconic and well-loved sneaker brand in the world? Born in sports and made for the street, Converse is a place to explore your potential, obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be. We seek people who can lead, grow, think, dream, and create. Our culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. Converse seeks achievers, leaders, and visionaries. At Converse, it’s about each person bringing their authentic self, skills, and passion to serve the daring spirit of youth.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director of Global Integrated Business Planning and partner closely with a wide range of teams including Finance, Consumer Planning, Inventory & Supply Planning, and Analytics. This role sits at the center of Converse’s planning ecosystem and plays a critical role in supporting our monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forums and routines.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role plays a foundational part in elevating Converse’s Integrated Business Planning capabilities through analytics, process design, documentation and coordination. Your core responsibilities will include:

+ Supporting monthly IBP forums by preparing meeting materials, documenting key decisions, and managing follow-ups.

+ Highlighting trends in forecasting to support insight-led, exception-based planning.

+ Synthesizing large, complex datasets into clear insights that help drive better business decisions.

+ Designing templates, frameworks, and visual tools that bring clarity to complex planning processes.

+ Documenting and packaging standard operating procedures for the integrated planning community

+ Leading the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data tools that support monthly IBP routines.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented and curious self-starter to join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team. This person is passionate about data and excited by the opportunity to build clarity from complexity. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and are energized by the challenge of building planning muscle inside a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

+ Experience in business planning, analytics, finance, supply chain, or related functions.

+ A passion for turning numbers into narratives—you're not just reporting the data, you’re helping to tell the story.

+ Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, SAP BI).

+ Strong communication skills and confidence presenting before senior leaders.

+ Exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

+ Familiarity with IBP/S&OP and Financial concepts

+ Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
