Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee wireless network deployment projects, drive complex initiatives to meet business goals, and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues. The role involves creating data-driven reports, designing, coding, and testing new software applications, maintaining and enhancing existing systems, and staying updated with new technologies. Responsibilities include developing technical specifications, test plans, operational documentation, and implementing new software. Technical expertise in Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET is required. The candidate will develop and maintain project tracking tools, identify program gaps through data analytics and automation, standardize processes across southeast engineering, and lead tool development for automation. Excellent communication with functional managers and directors is essential for early issue identification and timely status reporting.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering or Computer Science)

4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably within the telecom and wireless industry

Knowledge of Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET

Tableau experience (intermediate level preferred) Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking concepts, practices and tools, and the capability of articulating the fusion of such practices to drive superior business outcomes

Certification in Six Sigma methodology, including Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Excellent presentation skills with strong communication capabilities, both oral and written null
