    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to hire a Citrix Admin for one of their clients in the Dallas, TX. The Citrix Admin is responsible for all Citrix issues and any related console tied to that support i.e. O365, Active Directory for support for all of the clients Data Centers, vendors, contractors, and employees. This is a contract opportunity, with potential for extension and/or conversion with a hybrid (3 days/week) onsite schedule.

    Essential Functions:

    o Diagnoses and resolve problems associated with Citrix software and systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority, and nature.

     

    o Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support vendor Citrix sessions, questions, tickets, and support.

     

    o Help monitor the overall Desktop Support ticket queue and provide local as well as remote support to other Data Center sites.

     

    o Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems.

     

    o Follow documented procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.

     

    o Provide technical support and fault resolution with timely feedback to users, adhering to IT Service Level Agreements

     

    o Manage special projects as requested by leadership.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 8-10 years of experience with Citrix Administration.

     

    - Hands-on experience installing Citrix into an enterprise environment.

     

    - Familiarity with O365 Administration.

     

    - Familiarity with Azure/Intune Administration

     

    - Familiarity with Active Directory. - Experience using AutoPilot for PC builds.
