    Job Description

    Our corporate services client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their finance/financial technology team. This role is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. The client has grown through multiple acquisitions and their expanding global footprint brings challenges where they need to close the gap between multiple different technological environments.

     

    The Project Manager verifies that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case. This person would oversee the full project life cycle, help define project success, monitor and track control outcomes. The Project Manager should feel comfortable running meeting, building roadmaps, and presenting to senior-most level employees. They will manage a variety of projects, ranging from bringing in new technology, a transformation program, or a smaller project like helping on an audit. This person will actively be managing 1-7 projects at a time, depending on their size. Flexibility and a willingness to learn is a must. This is a permanent position, and this person would be required to be onsite 3 days a week in Wilmington, DE. The salary range is $115k-$150k.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years' experience in Senior Project/Program Management

     

    Experience managing a variety of ERP Projects, focused on SAP and Oracle

     

    PMP, CSM certified, or ITIL

     

    Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet preferred, any tools are interchangeable)

     

    Experience working in the financial services industry preferred Experience in Agile and Scrum

    Preferable if they have overseen/managed other PMs/DBAs null
