Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Reliability Engineer in the Buffalo, NY area. This Reliability Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production facilities worldwide while minimizing life cycle costs. This position drives the execution of key reliability programs, initiatives, and methodologies to enhance overall performance. Additionally, they are responsible for overseeing and managing critical reliability programs such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and, Asset Integrity Management (AIM). This candidate should have a background in mechanics or maintenance and have an understanding of compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, piping systems, hydraulic systems, etc. This candidate should also possess strong data analysis skills and be comfortable working in dashboards. This is a 12-month long contract and pays $50-58.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of Reliability Engineer experience focusing on a maintenance or mechanical background
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, piping systems, hydraulic systems, etc.
• Experience working with data and dashboards, including tableau
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure and identify opportunities to improve reliability performance
Understanding of RCA (root cause analysis) and analyse data and information from multiple sources to recommend, design and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvement projects and initiative · CMRP or CRE certification
Experience with governmental regulations and requirements, and industry standards and codes null
