Job Description

Insight Global's client within the security space is looking for an Application Security Inspector to join their company full time. This individual will be working with a team of others in reviewing source code to identify vulnerabilities. Responsibilities will be a combination of manual code reviews, penetration tests, & reporting. The role will primarily be testing mobile applications both iOS and Android as well as web application within an Oracle Cloud microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coding and be able to learn the skills required for penetration testing and additional cyber security skills.

Compensation: $125,000 - $155,000 per year

Skills and Requirements

Strong coding knowledge from a software development or application security background

Proficient with various coding languages

o Ideally Java, Go, Swift, Kotlin, & JavaScript

Experience working with web and mobile applications

Exposure to security aspects of development and desire to learn more

Exposure to cloud environments

Strong communication & ability to write detailed reports SAST or DAST experience

Pen Testing Experience

iOS & Android Application security testing

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

Security certifications such as:

GWAPT

CEH

OSCP null
