    As part of the Data Engineering team, you’ll help modernize and scale their enterprise data platform using **Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)** .

    What You’ll Do

    + Build and maintain **data pipelines and integration workflows** using **Informatica IDMC**

    + Work closely with business analysts and data architects to transform business requirements into technical solutions

    + Support the migration of legacy ETL processes to cloud-native Informatica IDMC services

    + Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance standards are maintained across platforms

    + Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to support analytics and reporting needs

    What We’re Looking For

    + 3–6 years of data engineering or ETL development experience

    + Hands-on expertise with **Informatica IDMC / Cloud Data Integration**

    + Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)

    + Understanding of **data modeling, data quality, and metadata management**

    + Comfortable working onsite in **Andover, MA** 4–5 days a week

    + Strong communication and documentation skills

    Nice-to-Haves

    + Experience with other Informatica modules (Data Quality, MDM, etc.)

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

    + Previous experience in **insurance** or **financial services** environments
