    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    To professionally and efficiently answer and connect all calls to the areas requested. To assist all business/patient/staff in a professional manner with the daily operations of the communications system. To handle all “Codes” in a calm and efficient manner.

    What qualifications you will need:

    + Prior PBX experience preferred.

    + Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

    + Must possess good voice quality and diction.

    + Working knowledge of computer hardware.

    + Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required.

    + Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to crisis manage.

    + Bi-Lingual preferred

     

    HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 204-bed facility in Palm Beach County. We offer preventative and elective programs and surgeries. We are an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Primary Stroke Center. HCA Florida Palms West Hospital has emergency services, a dedicated New Life Center and a Level II NICU. We have a full-service Children’s Hospital. Services include outpatient rehabilitation, an aquatics center, orthopedic spine center, robotics, and interventional radiology.
