Job Description Summary:
The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the market’s security function and manage security agents to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors. They are responsible for making critical decisions and responding in a timely manner to incidents and situations that arise.

Job Responsibilities:
+ Manage, train, and coach security personnel
+ Assess risks to mitigate potential consequences of incidents and develop plans to respond to incidents
+ Investigate, document, and maintain record of all incidents as it relates to security
+ Conduct in market security duties including unsafe stop evaluations, driver safety observations, and incident investigations
+ Schedule security personnel for daily operations, mobile patrol, and special events
+ Review, follow up, and report on driver shortage and product recovery
+ Consistently review CCTV video for activity of warehouse personnel & truck loading when concerns arise
+ Manage security policies and procedures and monitor effectiveness of security practices
+ Liaison with Federal, State, and Local Law enforcement and emergency services
+ Administer and maintain security access control and CCTV systems for the properties
+ Engage and support safety committee efforts
+ Collaborate with state leaders to address various market security needs
+ Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
+ Minimum of 1 years’ experience security, warehouse work, or equivalent.
+ Experience using facility management software (CCTV, access control)
+ Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
+ Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
+ Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
+ Analytic and Reporting skills
+ Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Physical Requirements:
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle, computer, and telephone
Competencies:
+ People management responsibility for pay reviews, performance management, training, and resource planning.
+ Accountable for results which impact the department.
+ Resolves issues which are often varied and non-routine. Undertakes analysis and investigation to solve issues.

Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience.
+ Salary Range: $71,400-$89,250.
+ This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
+ This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
