    Pro Rehab, an established rehab company with over 33 years of successful business. We are looking for an Assistant Office Manager to join our staff at Bethesda of Willmar, a senior care community. We offer competitive wages and great benefits!

     

    This position is expected to take on a full office managerial role in 6 to 12 months after initial training and familiarity of the expected workload as our company grows. A pay increase would be considered at that time.

     

    Position Type: Full-Time

     

    Days and Hours: Monday through Friday with a little flexibility on hours.

     

    Wage Range: $20 to $30 / hour depending on experience

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee the day to day scheduling operations for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy

    + Provide assistance with billing and insurance authorization as well as clinical workflow, transcription, referral intake, and more.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in Microsoft Excel or Office, customer service, healthcare billing, insurance verification and authorization, and healthcare scheduling is highly preferred, but not necessary

    + Must possess good interpersonal skills and be motivated, compassionate and team oriented

    + Have the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Willing to learn and grow with an established and growing therapy company
